UTEC UT400-20 is a CNC system for producing turned seals with an outer diameter up to 400 mm. The machine combines a CNC lathe, FANUC control, UTOSEAL software and complete equipment required for machining seals and technical plastic parts.

Compared to the smaller UT250-20 model, the machine offers a larger machining envelope and a 12-position tool turret, increasing flexibility when producing various seal profiles.

UTOSEAL software

UTOSEAL allows selecting a seal profile, adjusting dimensions, choosing material, generating CNC code and simulating the tool path. The software supports transfer to the machine via RS232 or FTP.
