UTEC UT250-20 is a compact CNC system designed for the production of turned seals with an outer diameter up to 250 mm. The machine integrates a CNC lathe, UTOSEAL software, tools, holders and auxiliary equipment required for machining hydraulic and pneumatic seals and technical polymer components.

The UT250-20 model is suitable for small series production, prototypes and custom seals where fast profile changeover and repeatable surface quality are important.

Applications

UTOSEAL software

The system works with UTOSEAL software, which contains over 170 standard seal profiles. The program allows selecting a profile, modifying dimensions, generating CNC code, simulating the toolpath and sending the program to the machine.
