Most often we make rollers, bushings, bumpers, rings, strips, plates, shock-absorbing inserts and technical components reproduced from a drawing, pattern or machine dimensions.

When is polyurethane better than rubber?

Polyurethane is worth considering when rubber wears too quickly, tears, deforms or does not provide adequate resistance to abrasion and dynamic loads.

Can a polyurethane part be reproduced without a drawing?

Yes, often a pattern, photo and basic dimensions are sufficient. For more demanding parts it is worth sending the damaged component or providing a simple sketch with dimensions.

How to select polyurethane hardness?

Hardness is selected based on load, pressure, required elasticity, mounting method and working environment. Different parameters suit bumpers than rollers or wear parts.
